Transformation Jumpstart Course: As a new member, you'll have the opportunity to go through the Jumpstart course. This 4 part series is the foundational principles of fitness transformation. So dive in and do your best to impliment these simple steps in your daily life.
Daily Priming Ritual: This phyiscal exercise regimen takes about 10 minutes and is to be performed at the begining of your day. The flow moves from the top of your head and ends at the bottom of your feet. The focus is to explore your range of motion in a slow and controlled manner. You'll increase blood circulation, warming your joints and muscle tissues for whatever the day throws your way!
